About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and PTE STUDY PTY LTD (Australia), which runs CelpipTestAI.com. By using the site you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.

An independent practice site

CELPIP® is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises Inc., a Prometric company. CelpipTestAI.com is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Paragon Testing Enterprises Inc. or Prometric. All practice questions on this site are original; scores are estimates for practice only and are not official CELPIP results.

Original questions

Every question on this site is written by us in the official task formats. We do not collect or reuse questions from the real test. The questions, answers, recordings and explanations are ours; you may use them for your own practice.

Scores are estimates

Every level we show is a practice estimate made by our software, not an official CELPIP result. It can be higher or lower than the level you get on test day. We do not promise any test result, CLB level or immigration outcome.

Prices and payment

• All passes are a one-time payment. Nothing renews and you are never charged again automatically.
• Prices in Canadian dollars: Single mock test C$9 · 30-day pass C$29 · 90-day pass C$59 · 180-day pass C$89. Visitors in India, the Philippines and Nigeria are shown and charged in their own currency (INR: ₹499, ₹1,299, ₹2,599, ₹3,899; PHP: ₱249, ₱699, ₱1,399, ₱2,099; NGN: ₦4,900, ₦14,900, ₦29,900, ₦44,900; in order: single mock, 30, 90, 180 days).
• A pass gives full access for its number of days from payment. If you buy while a pass is running, the new days are added after it ends.
• A single mock gives one full four-skill mock test, including AI scoring of its 10 writing and speaking tasks. If you buy a pass within 7 days of buying a single mock, in the same currency, what you paid for the mock is taken off the pass.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

You can get a full refund of your most recent purchase from My account when all of these are true:

• no more than 7 days have passed since you paid (exactly 7 days still counts);
• you have used no more than 3 AI scorings since you paid — free scorings used before paying do not count;
• you have not finished a full mock test since you paid.

A single mock that has already been taken off the price of a pass cannot be refunded on its own. If you opened a pass payment page that uses your single mock and did not pay, asking for a refund closes that page first and then refunds the mock. When the refund is made, the pass ends straight away. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with; how long that takes depends on your bank. If you think something went wrong outside these rules, email support@celpiptestai.com.

Fair use and limits

• Free accounts: 8 speaking scorings, 2 writing scorings and 1 redo, once per account.
• Passes: up to 30 AI scorings per account per day (the count resets at midnight UTC), up to 20 new 5-minute drills and 150 drill answers a day.
• Every network: up to 60 AI calls a day, to protect the service from abuse.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it.
• Do not scrape, copy in bulk, download or resell our questions, recordings, sample answers or reports, and do not use them to build another product or train an AI model.
• Do not try to get around the limits, the sign-in or the payment.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The service

We work to keep the site running and the scoring accurate, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction. This does not take away protections that the consumer law of your own country gives you.
