What to practise
Respond to the situation on screen, organise your ideas and speak clearly within the task timer. The speaking section has eight tasks and takes approximately 15 minutes.
Original practice example: Making a Meal from Very Little
Talk about a time you had to put together a meal with very little to work with. Maybe your fridge was nearly empty, the stove wasn't working, money was tight or you'd just moved into a place with an empty kitchen. Why were things so limited? What went through your mind at first, and how did you manage? What did you learn from it?
